Inspired Portable Oxygen accepts eligible portable oxygen concentrator returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. Customer-initiated returns are subject to a 20% return/restocking fee and the conditions outlined below.

30-Day Return Policy
Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date. Approved customer-initiated returns are subject to a 20% return/restocking fee, calculated on the purchase price of the returned equipment.
All returned systems must be in like-new, clean, fully functional, and resalable condition, as originally delivered.
The return must include the original manufacturer packaging, protective materials, batteries, chargers, carrying cases, manuals, accessories, and all other components supplied with the order.
Equipment showing damage, excessive wear, alterations, missing components, or incomplete packaging may not qualify for a standard return. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
