Can I use insurance to purchase a G4 unit from Inspired Portable Oxygen?

No. Typically, Insurance doesn’t purchase portable concentrators. Insurances may pay a rental fee for medical equipment and supplies only if a supplier has a Medicare or Medicaid supplier number. Inspired Portable Oxygen, the operator of this website, does not have a Medicare or Medicaid supplier number. Insurance will not pay for any medical equipment and supplies we sell to you.

Is financing available for the G4?

Depending on your oxygen prescription, it’s likely that it will! The most common prescription for oxygen is 2-3 liters per minute, and the G4 can deliver that amount of oxygen using intelligent pulse dose delivery. The Inogen One G4 portable oxygen system is available by prescription only. If you have been prescribed oxygen, there is a good chance that the FIT System will work for you. Can I fly with G4?

Yes! The G4 can go where you go. The G4 portable oxygen concentrator complies with the applicable rules and regulations for domestic and international air travel. Each G4 machine has a label on the back indicating it is FAA Approved.

I'd like to get a loved one an Inogen G4. How do I do that?

If your loved one is on oxygen, there is a good chance Inogen will work for them! You can purchase a G4 or any other model to own and we will help you get the necessary doctor’s Rx.

My current oxygen equipment provider said they cannot assist me in getting a G4 portable. What should I do?

Because most oxygen equipment companies are dealing with Medicare and Insurance constraints, the G4 is not offered from most medical equipment companies.
