Will I be able to use the Caire Eclipse 5 system as a full-time machine?
The Eclipse 5 is both a continuous flow and pulse flow oxygen delivery system and it is built to withstand everyday use making it an ideal single oxygen solution. Caire states the Eclipse can be used 24/7/365. The Eclipse includes a standard 3 year factory warranty.
Can I use insurance to purchase an Eclipse 5 from Inspired Portable Oxygen?
No. Typically, Insurance doesn’t purchase portable oxygen concentrators. Insurances may pay a small rental fee for oxygen equipment only if a supplier has a Medicare or Medicaid supplier number. Inspired Portable Oxygen, the operator of this website, does not have a Medicare or Medicaid supplier number. Insurance will not pay for any medical equipment and supplies we sell to you.
Is financing available for the Eclipse 5 system?

Will the Eclipse 5 work for me?
Depending on your oxygen requirements and how you plan on using the device, it’s likely that it will! The most common prescription for oxygen is 2-3 liters per minute, and the Eclipse 5 delivers oxygen up to 3 LPM continuous flow. The Eclipse 5 system is only available by prescription. If you are currently using supplemental oxygen prescribed by a doctor we will work with you and your doctor to help get you the correct system.
I’d like to get a loved one an Eclipse 5 portable concentrator. How do I do that?
If your loved one is currently on oxygen, the Eclipse 5 or one of our other top models, is likely to work for them! You can purchase any model portable oxygen concentrator to own and we will help get the necessary doctor’s prescription for you. We have special sale packages available.
Because most oxygen equipment companies are dealing with Medicare and Insurance rental constraints, portable oxygen concentrators are not readily available from most home oxygen equipment providers. Can I fly with the Eclipse 5 POC?
Yes! The Caire Eclipse 5 portable oxygen machine is FAA Approved. Each unit has a label on the back indicating it is FAA Approved.
Will the Eclipse 5 system work with my CPAP?
Yes. Continuous flow oxygen delivery is recommended for use with CPAP or BiPAP devices. The Eclipse delivers up to 3 liters continuous flow. If you Rx is for a liter flow of 3LPM or less, then the Eclipse will work great.
How much does the Eclipse 5 cost?
Your cost depends on which Eclipse 5 package you choose. You can customize a package that works best for you and your budget.
