How much does the Caire Freestyle Comfort weigh?

The Comfort unit weighs only 5 pounds with the smaller battery or a 6 Pounds with the large battery.

Will I be able to use the Comfort system as a full-time machine?

The Comfort is a reliable device meant to withstand everyday use, however, using it 24/7/365 is not recommended. The Comfort is not recommended for use while sleeping. It’s best to use your home oxygen concentrator at night during sleep. Our Freestyle Comfort includes a standard 3 year warranty and we offer upgraded warranty packages, too.

Can I use insurance to purchase a Freestyle Comfort from Inspired Portable Oxygen?

No. Typically, Insurance doesn’t purchase portable oxygen concentrators. Insurances may pay a small rental fee for oxygen equipment only if a supplier has a Medicare or Medicaid supplier number. Inspired Portable Oxygen, the operator of this website, does not have a Medicare or Medicaid supplier number. Insurance will not pay for any medical equipment and supplies we sell to you.

Is financing available for the Comfort system?

Will the Freestyle Comfort work for me?

 Depending on your oxygen prescription, it’s highly likely that it will! The most common prescription for oxygen is 2-3 liters per minute, and the Comfort delivers oxygen from 1-5 using pulse dose delivery. The Comfort system is only available by prescription. I’d like to get a loved one an Freestyle portable concentrator. How do I do that?

If your loved one is currently on oxygen, there is a good chance the Comfort or one of our other top modesl will work for them! You can purchase a portable oxygen concentrator to own and we will help get the necessary doctor’s prescription for you. We have special sale packages available.

My current oxygen equipment company said they can’t assist me in getting any model lightweight oxygen concentrator. What should I do?

Because most oxygen equipment companies are dealing with Medicare and Insurance rental constraints, the Freestyle Comfort portable concentrators are not readily available from most medical equipment providers.
